LinenMaster usually responds to standard requests within four (4) business hours. Most standard requests are resolved within eight (8) business hours and almost all within sixteen (16) business hours. Complex cases that require specific expertise or implementation of new modules may take much longer.
We provide standard support all weekdays except Federal Holidays.
